Telus Corp. has announced the return of its esports series, with a new partnership with Android to expand its reach. The Canadian telecommunications company is now inviting gamers from across North America to participate in the tournament, which will feature popular games such as Apex Legends, Rocket League, and Valorant.

In its fourth year, the Telus esports series is offering a cash prize pool of C$50,000 to gamers. This initiative aims to bring gaming enthusiasts together and provide them with an opportunity to compete and connect in a supportive environment.

Amit Nag, Vice President of Smarthome, Entertainment, and Transformation at Telus, emphasized the company’s commitment to fostering digital literacy by extending its Telus Wise program to Canadian gamers. This program offers online tips and tricks to promote healthy gaming habits among participants.

Gamers aged 15 and above from both Canada and the United States can register online for the tournament until September 22. This initiative aligns with Telus’ dedication to leveraging its technological expertise to enhance the gaming experience for its participants.
