Canadian consumer goods company P2P Group (CSE: PPB / FSE: 3QG) has announced the appointment of Ed Clarke, founder of Yojee, as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He will be taking over from the current CEO, Simon Cheng, who will continue to serve as a director of the company.

Mr. Clarke brings with him extensive experience in hyper-growth technology platforms from his time at logistics software-as-a-service (SaaS) company Yojee. He played a significant role in positioning Yojee as a leader in landside logistics platforms, which are now used by 4 of the world’s top 10 logistics companies.
