Veta Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that MetaWorld Corporation (dba Syntheia) has received conditional approval to list the common shares of the company following the completion of the amalgamation transaction between the Company and Syntheia on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

The Conditional Approval for listing on the CSE is subject to specific requirements set by the CSE, which include completion of the concurrent financing of Syntheia, posting the required documents on SEDAR, and completing all outstanding CSE application documentation and fees. Syntheia is actively working to meet these conditions promptly and anticipates final approval following the completion of the concurrent financing.

Further updates regarding the listing date will be provided by the Company and Syntheia upon completion of the final tranche of the concurrent financing and submission of the necessary documentation to the CSE.
