The annual general shareholders’ meeting of Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. (TSXV: SCZ) was successfully held on September 16, 2024, in Vancouver, BC. All proposed matters were approved during the meeting, including the re-election of the current board of directors – Arturo Prestamo Elizondo, Federico Villasenor, Roland Lohner, Larry Okada, and Barry Girling, and the appointment of Deloitte LLP as the company’s auditor. Additionally, the omnibus incentive plan was re-approved by the shareholders in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange requirements.
