(CSE: ROAD) (the “Company” or “Mineral Road”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement. The Company raised an additional $7,500 through the issuance of 150,000 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share. The shares issued are subject to a four-month hold period expiring on January 7, 2025. The proceeds from this offering, totaling $572,500 to date, will be utilized for general working capital purposes.
