On September 6, 2024, Hertz Energy Inc. (CSE: HZ) (OTCQB: HZLIF) (FSE: QE2) announced the acquisition of the Harriman Antimony Property, consisting of 49 mineral claims, in the Province of Québec through an arms-length option agreement between prospector Glenn Griesbach and Canuck Lithium Corp., a subsidiary of Hertz.

The Harriman Property is an exploration stage antimony project located in the Gaspé Region of Québec. The project area benefits from favorable infrastructure including road access, hydroelectric power, port access, and available manpower.

The Property was identified by reviewing historical antimony and gold showings from the Québec government geoscientific database known as SIGÉOM. The Property area comprises several antimony showings along a fault structure with historical results showing high grades of antimony and gold.

Acquisition of the Property involves cash payment and issuing of common shares to the prospector. Upon commercial production, a royalty will be paid to the prospector. Hertz Energy intends to aggressively explore the Harriman Antimony Project with a ground surface exploration program and plans for a winter drill program.

Due to global supply chain concerns and increasing demand for antimony, particularly with recent export restrictions in China, the acquisition of the Harriman Antimony Project is strategically important for Hertz Energy. The Company has engaged Investor Relations Consultants to promote awareness and investor relations activities related to the project.

Qualified Person Paul Teniere has reviewed and approved all technical information in this release. Hertz Energy is primarily engaged in the acquisition and exploration of energy metals mineral properties in British Columbia and Québec.
