The Vancouver-based Nevada King Gold Corp. (TSXV: NKG) (OTCQX: NKGFF) announced positive results from 12 vertical, reverse circulation (RC) holes, with eight drilled in the newly discovered area known as the Wild West Zone (WWZ) at the Atlanta Gold Mine Project. The project spans 5,166 hectares in the Battle Mountain Trend, located 264km northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada. The WWZ target area is estimated to be 150m to 200m wide (east-west) over a minimum 500m north-south strike length (open to the south). This new zone is situated in a previously unmineralized area on the west side of the West Atlanta Fault #2 (WAF2), which forms the western boundary of the West Atlanta Graben Zone (WAGZ) and the Atlanta resource zone. The company is encouraged by the promising results and further exploration is planned in this area.
