Highrock Resources Ltd. (CSE: HRK) is excited to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Liberty Uranium Corporation from Atikokan Resources Ltd. The acquisition was finalized in accordance with a share purchase agreement dated August 16, 2024. Liberty Uranium, based in Nevada, owns 100% interest in the Dry Creek uranium project located in the Uravan mineral belt, a prominent uranium producing district in the U.S.A.
Highrock’s CEO, Derrick Dao, stated that this acquisition solidifies the company’s position as an American uranium company and paves the way for further operations in the region.

About the Property

The acquisition terms included the issuance of common shares and a cash payment to the Vendor. All securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day.
