VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 16, 2024 – Graphite One Inc. (TSXV: GPH) (OTCQX: GPHOF) (“Graphite One” or the “Company”) announced today its intention to extend the expiry date of 2,802,690 outstanding common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) held by Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC). These Warrants are currently set to expire on September 17, 2024, and were issued as part of a private placement transaction that concluded on September 17, 2023, with an exercisable price of Cdn$1.21 per common share.
The Company is proposing an amendment to the Warrants, which would extend the expiry date by one year to September 17, 2025. The terms of the Warrants would remain unchanged under this Proposed Amendment, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
Established in 1972, BSNC is the regional Alaska Native Corporation serving the Bering Strait region, where the Graphite Creek Project is located on State and private land within the BSNC area.
Graphite One Inc. (TSX‐V: GPH) (OTCQX: GPHOF) continues to advance its Graphite One Project to become a U.S.-based producer of high-grade anode materials integrated with a domestic graphite resource. The Project is envisioned as a vertically integrated operation to mine, process, and manufacture anode materials primarily for the lithium-ion electric vehicle battery market.
