Garrett Krall, Lithium Business Leader at KTS, expressed satisfaction with the outstanding results delivered by Li-Pro™. He commended EMP for assembling a strong team to swiftly progress towards commercial project deployment.
Megan Low, VP of Lithium Process Solutions at Saltworks, highlighted the DLE eluate from the site pilot, with lithium concentrations exceeding 2000 mg/L and a Li:TDS ratio above 0.1, indicating high quality and clean processing of Saskatchewan brine.
Paul Schubach, COO of EMP Metals, emphasized the fruitful collaboration between EMP, KTS, and Saltworks, producing results that surpass expectations and underline the value of Saskatchewan-based assets.
The DLE eluate from the Facility is being processed by Saltworks’ on-site Pilot 10 lithium refinery to convert it into battery-grade lithium carbonate for distribution to customers.
