Press Release – October 3, 2024
Vancouver, British Columbia–Apex Resources Inc. (TSXV: APX) is pleased to announce the analytical results from fluid samples recently obtained from the Lithium Creek Project in Churchill County, Nevada. The Project covers approximately 4,720 acres and includes 10 incontiguous blocks of placer claims. The fluid samples, collected from Lithium Creek, a historic well, and shallow excavated auger holes, revealed lithium values ranging from 393 mg/L to 4.65 mg/L, with over half of the samples exceeding 50 mg/L. The samples were collected from playas where shallow groundwater was accessible using hand tools to examine the potential for lithium distribution in the area.
The analytical results, tabulated in Table 1, showcase lithium concentrations in the samples, indicating the presence of lithium-bearing brine deposits in the Lithium Creek Project area. Moreover, laboratory analytical results and Total Dissolved Solids measurements suggest the potential for large scale lithium-enriched brine aquifers at the Project. A total of 25 fluid samples were analyzed, with lithium detected in all samples.
Apex Resources Inc. has enlisted the services of an independent and certified laboratory to ensure the quality and accuracy of the analytical data. The Company is conducting exploration activities to identify and define high-potential drill targets for lithium brine deposits in the Lithium Creek Project.
